Episode #5

Measuring fat Loss

It’s actually quite simple and once you have seen it, I think you’ll agree that the method I outlined is quite logical as are the reasons behind it.

Diabetes sufferers on a low carb diet in Burning Question

Diabetic sufferers and low carbers have quite a lot in common particularly in regard to our need to control the amount of carbohydrates we eat. While there is a lot that low carbers can learn from the diabetic community, what a lot of people don’t realise is that there is a lot that we can show them too – particularly if they want to lose some fat.

How to get and stay encouraged Healthy Click

Have you every reached a point in your diet that you thought ‘I could really do with some encouragement’ Well your not alone. That is something that every dieter faces from time to time – some more than others.

Finding something to carry you through the dark times is not always easy unless you have been told about the two or three sure-fire methods that can do the trick. I outline one in this program that, for most people, would be very easy to implement. In fact nearly everyone will have everything they need to use it within easy reach.
